Appreciate the “short list” honor and recognition for my novel manuscript from the The Letter Review Prize for Short Fiction, Nonfiction, Poetry, and Unpublished Books. The prize sponsors blindly award submissions every two months in an “unpublished book” category and provide feedback to authors. The novel writing, revision, submission, waiting, and get-feedback process is long and arduous, so the affirmation from supportive community-building entities such the Letter Review provides welcomed fuel to “keep a’ going.”
